Diego is a bachelor’s in law with experience in the areas of insurance, reinsurance, litigation and disputes, advising insurance companies in the Peruvian market on coverage issues, claims handling and claims in the areas of liability, vehicle, real estate, health, among others; also providing advice on regulatory issues.

He has overseen representing insurance companies in coverage disputes and claims before national and private insurance and consumer dispute resolution institutions, having a very high success rate and favorable results for his clients. He joined DAC Beachcroft in 2024.
