Francesca has extensive experience in commercial dispute resolution, financial disputes, claims against directors and officers, and professional liability disputes. She has been involved in high profile, high-value disputes concerning solicitors, accountants, brokers and directors.
Francesca focuses on knowledge management, providing technical advice to clients and lawyers on issues of substantive law and civil court procedure.
