Gustavo Blanco is the Head of International Business for DAC Beachcroft. Based in our Madrid office, Gustavo provides the strategic direction for the firm’s growing international office network and legal alliances that support our global clients. As those clients seek to have expert legal advisers in critical jurisdictions for them and their clients, Gustavo is responsible to the Executive for the organic and acquisitive growth of our international offices.

  Relevant experience includes:

• Track record, including in-house background, in advising both financial investors on domestic and cross-border transactions as well as Spanish and international companies on M&A and corporate transactions.
• Renewable Energies, Industrial Commodities and Insurance.
• For Insurance matters, he has been deeply involved in disputes and claims arising out of insolvency proceedings against directors and officers, representing the interests of the insurance companies, both in Spain and LatAm.

 
Member of the DACB LLP’s Exec since 2017 and member of DACB’s International Exec. Oversees the activity of the Group’s overseas entities.
