Hannah is an Associate specialising in high value property damage recoveries arising from insurance perils such as fire, escape of water and floods, and escape of oil. Hannah works closely with the major loss teams of several leading insurers.

Hannah has extensive expertise advising on the legal, practical and commercial issues involved with recovery claims, and also deals with property liability and policy coverage matters. In addition, Hannah has significant operational expertise within the team.

Relevant experience includes:

• Recovering millions of pounds for her insurers clients (household and commercial markets).
• Running property damage recovery claims, including several valued at over £1 million.
• Taking an active role in ADR processes by way of attending mediations, arbitration and adjudication.
• Regularly dealing with large uninsured loss claims (e.g. uninsured business interruption).
