He also counsels clients on various employment issues, including hiring and termination practices, employment contracts, nondisclosure, noncompete, and non solicitation obligations, payment of wages, and employment policies and handbooks.

Greg’s clients represent a cross-section of industries that include United States, London, and Bermuda insurers, environmental and engineering firms, airlines and aviation companies, employment staffing companies, and recruiters. In addition to handling litigation, he provides counselling and coverage opinions for domestic and international insurers in prelitigation coverage matters and drafts policy language for manuscript policy forms and endorsements for first and third party coverages. He also counsels clients on a variety of commercial and contract matters.
