Joanna is a senior associate within the Employment, Pensions and Immigration Group in DAC Beachcroft’s London office. 

Joanna specialises in employment law, advising on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law, with a predominant interest in the highly regulated sectors of financial services and public and private healthcare.

Joanna has a wealth of experience acting for employers in relation to claims in the Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal and High Court, covering a variety of complex and high profile matters relating to unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing and breach of contract.

Joanna’s advisory practice covers a full-range of employment issues, including complex disciplinary, grievance and sickness absence processes.  Joanna also regularly advises on the employment aspects of organisational changes, including redundancies, outsourcing, business transfers (including TUPE advice) and has extensive experience in managing international projects.
