He specialises in residential development and has advised on a broad range of sale and development issues including site assembly, landlord and tenant and overage. He has experience in advising on a range of land acquisition structures including sale and leaseback, joint ventures, conditional contracts and option agreements.

Relevant experience includes advising:

• Advising a consortium comprising two top ten housebuilders in the acquisition of a 1250 residential unit development site acquisition and advising in respect of the collaboration agreement to govern its subsequent partitioning and development.
• Advising in respect of a 300 residential unit subject to planning joint venture development site acquisition. This entailed a sub-sale and advising in respect of a collaboration agreement in respect of the adjoining equivalent third party development.
• Advising in respect of a sale and development agreement relating to private rented sector residential blocks with a land and build value in excess of £40 million.
