He has over 10 years’ experience advising the major and complex loss teams of various leading insurers.

• Providing strategic advice to several leading insurers on policy coverage for COVID-19 business interruption losses and the associated FCA test case.
• Acting in numerous high-profile and high value subrogated recovery claims (e.g. Lloyd Jones v Whirlpool).
• Advising regularly on, and preparing submissions in relation to, complaints to the Financial Ombudsman Service (e.g. DRN4012218 P v AXA Insurance UK plc (issues of fair presentation/non-standard construction).
