Will is a healthcare regulatory lawyer based in our Bristol office. Will works with providers and commissioners across the healthcare sector with specialist interest in inquest and mental capacity law.

Will conducts his own advocacy in both the coronial and court of protection jurisdictions. He has particular expertise in Article 2 and Jury inquests including in mental health and prison settings.

Will is highly regarded for his sector knowledge and pragmatic advice. Will’s experience includes:

• resolution of complex care, treatment and welfare disputes;
• defending commissioners in judicial review proceedings;
• representing providers at high profile inquests;
• advising on complex and vexatious complaints; and
• providing Board level briefings/escalation.
