At a recent Industrial & Logistics round table, organised by Place North West and hosted and supported by DAC Beachcroft, optimism and confidence was a theme that ran throughout the session.
Participants envisaged a future in which the net zero agenda influences both the type of occupier; also the look and feel of industrial developments.
